Primary Responsibilities:

🔹 Engage with Policyholders & Prospects – Conduct phone consultations to assist current and potential clients.
🔹 Process Client Requests – Manage policyholder inquiries, process changes, and handle documentation.
🔹 Stay Up to Date – Review and implement new and revised procedures to maintain accuracy and compliance.

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Sales or Customer Service Experience Preferred – (Insurance experience is a plus, but not required!)

✔ Self-Motivated & Independent – Ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
✔ Consistent & Reliable Work Ethic – Regular and predictable attendance is required.
