Your Role & Responsibilities:

🔹 Consult with Military Families: Engage with active duty and prior service members to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored protection solutions.
🔹 Explain Coverage Options: Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and premium costs.
🔹 Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and ongoing financial planning needs.
🔹 Build Lasting Relationships: Maintain regular contact to ensure coverage aligns with their evolving needs.
🔹 Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain clear and accurate documentation per industry standards.
