Your Role:
As a Field Underwriting Manager, you’ll:
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with clear, expert advice.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth and efficient enrollments.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of client interactions.
What You Bring:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- A self-motivated, independent approach with the ability to manage your time effectively.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfort with computer systems, software, and virtual communication tools.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Requirements: A Windows laptop/PC, reliable internet access, and a functional camera.
