Your Role:

As a Field Underwriting Manager, you’ll:

• Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with clear, expert advice.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth and efficient enrollments.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of client interactions.

What You Bring:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• A self-motivated, independent approach with the ability to manage your time effectively.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfort with computer systems, software, and virtual communication tools.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Requirements: A Windows laptop/PC, reliable internet access, and a functional camera.
