Key Responsibilities:

  • Virtual Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and present tailored insurance solutions.
  • Policy Explanation: Clearly explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs to ensure clients make informed decisions.
  • Ongoing Client Support: Provide continuous customer service by answering inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships by following up periodically to review client needs and address any changes.
  • Regulation Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Client-Focused: Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients secure the protection they need through life insurance.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex insurance concepts and build rapport with clients.
  • Empathetic: Ability to demonstrate compassion and understanding of each client’s unique needs.
  • Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail for accurate documentation and policy management.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, internet-based applications, and digital communication tools.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Preferred Experience: Sales or customer service experience, particularly in insurance, is beneficial but not required.

  • Regular and predictable attendance.
