Primary Responsibilities:
- Warm Sales Calls: Make daily calls to members from our extensive membership database.
- Financial Needs Assessment: Identify members' financial needs and explain the benefits of supplemental insurance products.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier service, ensuring clients are supported throughout the process.
- Member Communication: Maintain consistent communication, offering updates and addressing concerns during the application process.
- Post-Policy Support: Help members with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance after their policies are in place.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
