This Lead Account Manager will play a critical role in the growth and expansion of the Condition Monitoring Software Sales business in the Western Region of the US. You will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and assigned strategic account objectives. This role will support the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sale and prospect for potential customer.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating opportunities through technical levers, to qualify the sales pipeline and convince potential customers in competitive environment.
  • Conducting full-form discovery workshops for key customers to uncover enterprise opportunities.
  • Conducting site walkdowns and asset condition monitoring solution assessment surveys to support creation and delivery of customer value proposition through a consultative and advisory model.
  • Delivering technical presentations and demos at conferences and trade shows.
  • Developing engineering and installation technical work scope, schedules and cost estimates to facilitate offering in area of expertise (e.g. Recips).
  • Supporting commercial organization with critical opportunity ToC (Table of Compliance) and FEED specification creation as needed.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation industry.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Rotating/Reciprocating Asset Condition Monitoring space in area of solution design, architecture and/or deployment.
  • Demonstrate excellent understanding of modern maintenance methodologies (PM, PdM, RCM, RBM, RAM, TPM, etc.) for plant mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Ability to travel on short notice across the region and upwards of 50% of the time.

  • Base salary for this position ranges from $110k-$140k plus other incentives

The annual pay scale for this position is between $86,600.00 - $186,200.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
