Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST/CST
Compensation: $2,000-$3,300 (Salary based on assessment)

Job Summary:

We are actively seeking a Senior Website Project Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a technical background and possess strong digital marketing acumen to work closely with our Web Design & Development team. This is a client-facing role, and our clients will look to you for guidance, ideation, and frequent updates to bring their goals to reality.

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed project plans outlining deadlines and action items for every phase of website development and design from inception to final delivery

  • Lead daily or weekly team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with goals.

  • Constant communication with the Client-facing account manager to ensure there are multiple touchpoints every week with clients. We want to ensure our clients are always aware of what is happening. 

    • We believe in being proactive, and answering any questions before they even come up.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine the desired appearance and functionalities of websites

  • Conceptualize the website design process and collaborate closely with development and design teams

  • Ensure the project do not encounter scope creep and immediately call it out so clients understand when they are going outside of the scope

  • Keep detailed track of all hours for projects via Clickup for Web Dev, Design and communication teams 

  • Lead the design process by working with graphic designers, writers, and web developers to ensure a cohesive vision

  • Develop user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces by integrating images, embedding videos, and adding plugins

  • Rigorous troubleshooting and testing prior to deployment, monitoring the live deployment of the website to address any issues promptly

  • Facilitate suitable interventions to ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of the project

  • Follow the project scope from proposal to technical work-up, quality control, feedback loop, and final delivery

  • Document website development processes and procedures for future reference and improvement

  • Prepare and present project progress updates for clients on a weekly basis

  • Work to find and solve any problems with the function of a web project, implementing testing processes and collaborating with technical staff

  • Stay abreast of developments and trends in website design and development, incorporating innovative practices into projects

  • Keep projects on budget or below, always putting the partner(client) first

  • Put together comprehensive SOWs for new projects with a 90% accuracy of scope hours based on investigation, experience, and research

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a technical project management role within an agency setting handling multiple clients simultaneously (8-12).

  • 5+ years’ experience working with e-commerce and D2C brands

  • Experience working with platforms such as Shopify, Figma, WooCommerce, and WordPress is an absolute must. No exceptions.

  • Experience working with budgets between $10,000 - $100,000 + per project

  • Experience in client-facing roles.

  • Having a keen eye for design is an absolute must

  • Challenge the status quo and don’t accept things that can be better

  • Digital marketing acumen is a huge plus

  • Ability to interpret data to proactively identify and solve problems

  • Identify areas of opportunity with clients marketing materials, website, and overall business

  • Communication skills - the kind where your message gets through to any audience

  • Creative problem-solving capabilities: think outside the box, inside the box, and all around the box

  • Ability to prioritize the priorities at the moment; know what you need to do and when you need to do it

  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment

  • Integrity, optimism, and respect regardless of the situation - are non-negotiable

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with tools such as Adobe and Photoshop is a big plus
