Here's how you'll contribute to the company's success:

We are looking for an experienced web strategist to own the strategy and performance of our websites. Are you an expert in web strategy and architecture, dedicated to user experience, and know how to convert visitors into leads? This role is for you—especially if your strengths also include search engine optimization (SEO) and performance analysis!

You will be responsible for optimizing our websites to ensure they are aligned with business objectives, provide an exceptional customer journey, and comply with relevant legal requirements. In doing so, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the success of your biggest project: fully revamping our corporate website.

Here’s what your daily work will look like in this role:

  • Implement and lead the strategy, architecture, and UX/UI direction of our websites in collaboration with our marketing, creative and product experts;
  • Ensure the corporate website strategy aligns with business objectives, brand promise and unique value proposition (UVP);
  • Continuously improve the customer journey across all web properties to maximize user satisfaction and drive key business outcomes using data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with designers to deliver an intuitive and visually compelling user interface and experience.
  • Track web performance metrics, build reports, and communicate results to team members;
  • Act as an expert in technical SEO.
  • Own the implementation and management of tracking tools, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Ensure all web properties are compliant with relevant legal frameworks, including GDPR, Law 25, and other data protection regulations.

You present this type of profile:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role with proven experience in launching new websites;
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles;
  • Expertise in technical SEO, and on-page is considered a plus.
  • Strong project management skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of compliance laws, including GDPR and cookie consent best practices.
