The Webinar Marketing Specialist is responsible for internal and 3rd party webinar marketing and execution. In addition, the individual in this role will be in charge of managing all webinar deliverables and ensuring high quality and useful webinars for our prospects and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with building and managing a rich webinar calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our webinars 
• Support internal and 3rd party webinar and virtual event presentations 
• Work with internal teams on securing speakers, promotion copywriting, managing timelines, webinar execution and maintaining the overall webinar schedule 
• Work with demand generation and social teams to promote webinar content through various channels to meet and/or exceed lead goals 
• Assist with executing recording sessions and live broadcasts in our video recording studio
• Maintain reports to show registration, attendance, and comments for webinars
• Manage multiple projects in a fast pace environment 
• Manage lead processing for webinars and virtual events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of webinar experience
• Past experience managing marketing webinars and vendor relations
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions 
• Proficiency in webinar software such as ON24, GoToWebinar, Excel as well as Google Apps, Salesforce and familiar with marketing automation systems in order to send emails, import leads and track conversion to customers 
• Experience in the SaaS/Software security industry Skills Required 
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 - $68,000 including base, bonuses and commissions, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
