As the Web Lead at Spring Health, you will oversee and optimize our online presence, including our main website and customer landing pages. You will work closely with various teams to ensure a cohesive, user-friendly journey from initial contact through to logged-in experiences. You will be responsible for leading the website strategy, supporting agency relationships, driving conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization (LPO), and overseeing all marketing web experimentation and improvement roadmaps.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for leading our website strategy. You will partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to make sure our website tells a comprehensive and compelling story. 
  • You will lead all CRO and LPO management, ensuring we are optimized for conversion across every flow and path on our selling vehicles. 
  • You will manage relationships with cross-functional engineering partners and external agencies to ensure alignment with our goals and standards, and to help accelerate our website capabilities to serve our multitude of audiences. 
  • You will be the champion of SEO best practices and ensure we are optimized to best rank and support our overall organic marketing strategy. 
  • You will be a key partner to our Product teams and ensure a seamless journey from logged out to logged in, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
  • You will lead the experimentation strategy across our website, ensuring all tests are properly designed, implemented, and analyzed. Develop and maintain a roadmap for ongoing improvements.
