Web Content Specialist

Nationwide Remote Office (US99)

ICF seeks a Web Content Specialist to support a variety of services for a Bureau of Justice Assistance Technical Assistance program and other programs within our Justice Research and Victim Services Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

ยง Maintain website content and assist with technology tasks.

ยง Provide technical support for delivery of webinars and virtual events using various platforms.

ยง Provide 508 document remediation for PDF, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

ยง Support communication and marketing activities.

ยง Assist with email and digital marketing using an online marketing platform.

ยง Support learning management system implementation and administration.

Basic Qualifications:

ยง Bachelorโ€™s degree in communications, public relations, social services, marketing, criminal justice, or related discipline.

ยง Minimum 4 years of experience supporting web content management, webinar technical support, and marketing.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

ยง Experience with Zoom or Zoom for Government.

ยง Knowledge and applicability of Section 508 compliance.

ยง Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

ยง Experience with Constant Contact or similar online marketing platforms.

ยง Experience supporting U.S. Department of Justice programs or initiatives.

ยง Experience in the field of criminal justice or victims services.

Professional Skills:

ยง Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

ยง Ability to produce high quality work.

ยง Ability to be flexible, detail-oriented, and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.

ยง Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.

ยง Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

ยง Solid customer service skills.

ยง Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

ยง Strong team player with the ability to take initiative and work well independently.

ยง Strong outreach abilities and interpersonal skills.
