This role is responsible for the coordination and management of client Google accounts in order to support multiple teams with strong data with which to lead improved strategy execution across all EDealer products, in addition to building out and improving existing reporting processes to provide our clients with clearer, more relevant information with which to measure and evaluate the performance of their digital marketing tactics.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate and oversee all Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Looker Studio management, including but not limited to streamlining account organization and labeling, in addition to ensuring clients retain or receive ownership of their various data properties.
• Work with Client Services, Implementation, SEO and Digital Advertising teams to identify areas of opportunity for improved tracking and data collection related to retail product lines (EDealer), provide recommendations to these teams to pass along to clients, as well as build out specific and targeted reporting dashboards for clients in Looker Studio or other third-party reporting tools, as determined by EDealer leadership team.
• Compile and coordinate roll-up benchmarking reports (e.g. dealer group, OEM program, etc.) for dealer website performance to provide current data to client-facing teams regarding performance metric best practices. Analyze these reports to identify trends and complete case studies to prove successes.
• Work with the EDealer leadership team with both data to support internal education opportunities related to client analytics and reporting, as well as external education opportunities for clients or industry thought leadership.

What You Will Need:

• High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. Post-Secondary diploma or degree in a technical field preferred
• 0-2 years in an analytics position, or a strategic role requiring data analysis, such as external consulting or with a digital marketing firm
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Looker Studio
• Data-driven mindset with strong education-focused communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Languages: English (required), French (as asset)
• Problem solving aptitude to meet challenges with resourcefulness and innovative approaches.
• Proven success working independently with minimal supervision while working in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $58,000.00 - $62,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
