NFP Retirement, Inc. is seeking a Wealth & Retirement Operations Coordinator.
The Sr. Coordinator, Wealth & Retirement Operations works directly with plan advisors and retirement plan recordkeepers to assist and manage the successful implementation of NFP retirement plan services. This position will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing operational activities across a variety of channels. This individual must demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, accuracy and efficiency. This position will also work to standardize operational processes and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage the implementation of selected services with retirement plan recordkeepers with a high-level or accuracy and attention to detail
· Coordinates with service providers and clients to obtain necessary information
· Coordinates creation and signing of required documentation
· Manages implementation tracking and timeline for key deliverables
· Attends client implementation meetings as needed
· Assists with client data consolidation, formatting and maintenance as needed
· Utilizes software for report creation and other operational tasks
· Maintains written operational processes and procedures
· Assist with special projects as assigned

· Ability to apply problem-solving skills to complete tasks

· Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Education and/or Experience:
· High school graduate (or equivalent)
· Minimum of 5 years of experience, financial services operations preferred
