As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving efficiency and innovation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As our Warehouse Manager, your role will be crucial to the success of our business. You will drive operational excellence by optimising efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring flawless order fulfilment. Your leadership will shape a high-performing, reliable warehouse environment, directly influencing our ability to deliver exceptional service to both our team and customers. The work you do will be at the core of our growth and success, making a lasting impact on our entire operation.
Your main accountabilities will include but would not limit to:
- Optimise workload distribution and train new warehouse employees, ensuring a high-performing team and minimal errors.
- Manage inventory levels and budget for packing consumables and maintenance, while driving cost-effective practices.
- Implement ERP and WMS systems, ensuring efficient stock control and seamless warehouse operations.
- Generate and analyse performance metrics to identify deviations, propose solutions, and maintain operational excellence.
- Streamline workflows and foster collaboration, enhancing productivity and reducing errors across the team.
Requirements
- Profound experience in supply chain management and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Fluent Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience in logistics team management, including overseeing small- to medium-scale projects.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills, including writing instructions and preparing Job Element Sheets (JES).
- Experience in Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen) and familiarity with warehouse automation processes.
