Job Description

As the VP- Technology Business Management, you will be key contributor in the Group Infrastructure leadership team and be a critical part of driving efficiencies across all infrastructure teams. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of best practice agile methodologies, standards, and cost optimization across the product suite. You will act as a thought partner to the Infrastructure leadership team. You will also play a key role in defining and successfully implementing the Group’s location and Technology hub/workforce strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction for the infrastructure practice which aligns with vertical needs, business growth and overall Technology strategy.
  • Facilitate the execution a functional model previously defined by Infrastructure leadership
  • Develop cross functional partnerships, with the view to deliver automated, scalable services to the verticals.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams in design, development, and implementation of infrastructure standards to support productivity and efficiencies in delivery.
  • Lead the vision, design and deployment of data services and related processes.
  • Establishes KPI, SLA’s and metrics to monitor and support key initiatives and investments.
  • Lead vendor relationships to maintain day to day operations and strategic goals and manage Capex, and Opex spend.
  • Develops opportunities for cross-team effectiveness and remove organizational barriers for strong teamwork, collaboration, and excellent service delivery.
  • Foster collaboration and increase knowledge transfer through the establishment and leadership of internal Communities of Practice.
  • Build a culture of Continuous Improvement and Continuous Development across all product groups.
  • Pursue a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research, data analysis and internal relationships.
  • Build, mentor and manage a global team and nurture a customer-driven culture.
  • Establish wide scale programs and COEs to deliver strategic direction, risk management, Operational efficacy & efficiency, and overall financial management.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience working in senior technology leadership roles leading a mix of Engineering and Infrastructure teams.
  • Experience leading global technology teams through transformations, with a focus on building consistency and discipline around delivery.
  • Experience in partnering with Engineering and Security teams to influence architectural best practices.
  • Experience in fostering a global high performing team.
  • The ability to effectively lead and motivate teams across a variety of functional roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in M&A activity, assessing and driving synergy opportunities.
  • Proven change agent and a strong strategic thinker.
  • Proven track record of clear communications with C-suite stakeholders and across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in data-driven decision making using KPIs and metrics.

The average base salary pay range for this role is between $176,000 -205,000 USD

May be considered for a discretionary bonus
