VP, Strategic Initiatives

Reporting to the SVP, In-In clinic & Category Management, this role will drive critical top and bottom-line program and project execution for the In-Clinic business line by working cross functionally with their peers to build consensus and alignment, leading the In-Clinic analytics function, and leading the In-Clinic B2B/eCommerce merchandising team. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive cross functional alignment against annual and quarterly In-Clinic strategic initiatives (e.g., in FY25 stand up SIOP across North America, assess develop and refine In-Clinic channel strategy) 
• Set strategy for and manage B2B/eCommerce Merchandising Team 
• Set strategy for and manage In-Clinic Analytics Team 
• Ad-hoc SVP / NALT / ELT support re In-Clinic business (business analysis, lead market research studies, reporting and budgeting preparation) 

Qualifications

• 10 years pharma/ human or animal health, manufacturer or distributor
• MBA preferred

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.

However, the pay range for this position is as follows. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive
