We are a forward-thinking leader in the insurance industry, committed to optimizing business processes through innovative technology solutions. DUAL North America is seeking a VP, Salesforce.com Development. We are looking for a strategic leader to help us establish and implement an enterprise Salesforce.com solution to ensure we meet our long-term goals. You will have the opportunity to build this newly formed group from the ground up!

The VP, Salesforce.com Development will be a key driver in shaping and executing DUAL North America's enterprise capabilities. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. 

Location: Hybird/Remote in U.S.

Salary Range: $160,000.00-$190.000.00
 

Essential Functions:

• Build and lead the Salesforce development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop a strategic roadmap for Salesforce enhancements.

• Oversee the full development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

• Manage integration efforts between Salesforce and other internal systems and third-party applications.

• Establish and maintain a governance framework for Salesforce development, ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies.

• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, features, and industry trends to drive innovation and improve system capabilities.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.

Job Requirements (education, experience, skills): 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
