Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Vice President of Marketing to lead the day-to-day operations of our marketing department. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in performance direct response marketing, data-driven campaign management, and team leadership. The VP of Marketing will play a pivotal role in scaling our marketing efforts across multiple locations while fostering a collaborative and results-driven marketing team.
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a growing marketing department, including an offshore team responsible for specific portions of marketing operations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration to drive measurable results.
- Strategic Marketing Execution:
- Develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee both national and local marketing efforts for our 36 individual locations, ensuring alignment with SPG’s goals.
- Data-Driven Campaign Oversight:
- Manage and optimize direct response marketing campaigns with attention to ROI, metrics, and analytics.
- Employ data-driven insights to refine and scale marketing strategies across a diverse network of practices.
- Organizational Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments, ensuring seamless integration of marketing efforts within a complex, multi-unit organization.
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and support the growth of our dental practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Performance Direct Response Marketing, with a history of delivering measurable results.
- Track record of leading teams in performance marketing to achieve ambitious objectives, including managing offshore teams as part of a global workfor ce.
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing efforts within a multi-unit business with distinct local marketing needs for each location.
- Experience in managing marketing operations for a complex organization involving cross-departmental collaboration.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire, manage, and scale a marketing team.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and attention to detail.

Salary: $150-$175,000. Salary will be based on experience.
