What we are building

The mission of the FSI sales team is to position Domino as the single platform for data science across the enterprise and to support Domino’s expansion into the FSI vertical. Our main focus will be to meet senior leaders, uncover opportunities and complete a successful sales cycle. You will help Domino execute better at enterprise-level selling and to engage more senior stakeholders across Business & IT.

What your impact will be

  • Develop a clear understanding of the top use cases where Domino can be successful in FSI
  • Influence our product team as they build/deliver on the FSI roadmap 
  • Establish stakeholder relationships within top 25 enterprise FSI accounts 
  • Effectively support selling efforts to advance strategic deals 
  • Take a lead role in organizing Domino’s FSI community
  • Nurture the partner ecosystem to ensure customer success around Domino projects

What we look for in this role

  • Experience positioning software solutions across a variety of domains within Financial Services
  • Experience selling, implementing complex solutions 
  • Experience in developing a market from early adopter through maturation
  • Experience in building customer communities 
  • Executive-level presence in front of customers 
  • FSI AIML-specific acumen 
  • Deep understanding of complex workflows in AI within Financial Services
  • Ability to develop compelling value story 
  • Create/deliver customer-specific content for exec-level meetings 
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies in FSI, specifically ability to understand and articulate architectural overviews and how software solutions can fit into existing environment
