About the role:
DUAL North America is seeking a Vice President of Integration and Analytics. We are a forward-thinking leader in the insurance industry, with a commitment to achieving our ambitious business goals by leveraging innovative data strategies. We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to transform data into actionable information to ensure we meet our long-term goals.

Position Overview: The Vice President of Integration and Analytics will be a key driver in shaping and executing DUAL North America's data and integration strategies. This senior leader will oversee the development and implementation of a robust data fabric that standardizes data and analytics practices, enhances business insight, and improves the efficiency of cross-functional resource deployment. The role encompasses overseeing data systems architecture, managing both data in motion (real-time data processing) and data at rest (data storage and management), and integrating these systems seamlessly within our dynamic ecosystem.


Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute an enterprise operating model that standardizes data and analytics practices, aligning with DUAL North America’s 2030 ambitions.
  • Prioritize and drive data initiatives that unlock business insights and create value, in collaboration with key business functions.
  • Oversee the architecture and implementation of data systems managing both data in motion (real-time data processing and streaming) and data at rest (data storage and management).
  • Ensure that data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and integrates seamlessly across the organization’s evolving ecosystem.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data, including collection, transformation, aggregation, storage, and governance.
  • Develop strategies for data warehousing, archival, and retrieval that support advanced analytics and business intelligence.
  • Design and implement a specialized data foundation that supports cutting-edge business analytics and AI models.
  • Drive initiatives that leverage advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements (education, experience, skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in data integration, analytics, and management, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
  • Expertise in managing data in motion (real-time data processing) and data at rest (data storage and management), with proficiency in tools like Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric or Informatica Data Management Cloud.
  • Proven experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Power BI, Cognos, or Tableau, including the development of dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Utilize AI programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages to develop and deploy machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies and drive organizational change.
