Overview:
Blue Yonder is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to lead our Integration Management Office (IMO) and drive transformative initiatives across the organization. The VP will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of acquired entities, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving strategic transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO) in alignment with Blue Yonder’s overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams involved in integration and transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end integration process for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic partnerships, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with Blue Yonder’s goals.
- Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects aimed at improving business processes, technology, and organizational structures.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and drive change initiatives that support business growth and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Blue Yonder Operating System (BYOS) to drive operational excellence and transformation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Drive the organization towards meeting its objectives through effective team management and collaboration.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in integration management, transformation leadership, or related roles, preferably within the technology or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale integration and transformation projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and experience working with senior management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this position is $193,198.00 to $250,801.89 USD
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
