ABOUT THE JOB 

The Vice President of Enterprise Marketing is responsible for leading Marathon Health’s B2B marketing and creative functions, driving category and brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth within new logos and existing accounts across markets. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in building, scaling, and managing high-performing marketing functions and teams. They will work closely with the CMO to define and drive visibility for a differentiated brand—while driving market awareness and demand through thoughtfully constructed and precisely executed cross-channel campaigns in alignment with the organization’s GTM and client success strategies. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Collaborate with leadership to elevate the Marathon brand, providing a platform for success with employers, unions, consultants, payers, patients, and other audiences. 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy with the CMO to expand Marathon Health’s presence across markets, market segments, and geographies. 

  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and segmentation and targeting strategies. 

  • Partner with the Director of B2B Marketing on multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and pipeline acceleration through content, digital, email, events, and other initiatives. 

  • Identify and align with strategic industry partners/organizations to create market awareness through co-marketing, sponsored webinars, content, ad placements, events, and more. 

  • Partner with the Director of B2B Marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, working with Sales to target high-value accounts through personalized content, email, paid media, and other outreach methods.
