The opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned VP of DTC Marketing to lead our direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives. This pivotal role requires a dynamic full-stack marketer with deep expertise in DTC healthcare marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving successful growth and achieving CAC, LTV, & total acquisition goals through various channels, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for functional health.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive DTC marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Channel Expertise: Oversee and optimize all marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, influencer partnerships, product marketing, brand partnerships, paid search & social, direct mail, etc… to deliver on KPIs.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Hands-On Execution: Be willing to get hands dirty and dive deep into the details, ensuring flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data insights to continually refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and drive holistic growth.
  • Brand Stewardship & PR: Champion the Parsley Health brand, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints–and especially through PR and communications.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in DTC healthcare.
  • Channel Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, influencer, product marketing, brand partnerships, paid search & social, and direct mail.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Growth-Oriented: Strong understanding of growth marketing principles and data analytics.
  • Startup Savvy: Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment, with a willingness to be hands-on.
  • Passion: Deeply passionate about functional health, root-cause medicine, and a new approach to healthcare
