Job Summary:
The VP, B2B Solutions Strategy will be a key leader within Dentsu Americas, shaping and executing forward-thinking strategies that redefine B2B and ABM/ABX marketing for top clients. This role will support cross-agency initiatives to expand and optimize Dentsu's existing ABM/ABX offerings, contribute to proposals and RFP responses, and drive thought leadership through research and insights. You will identify inspiring strategies that create marketplace advantages for our clients and work with cross-functional teams to implement. This is a remote opportunity and will report into the EVP, B2B Strategy.
Responsibilities:
Client Strategy Development:
Collaborate with top clients to develop measurable B2B and ABM/ABX strategies that that align with their growth goals.
Be a strategic partner to clients, providing insights and recommendations that align with their goals.
Be the trusted strategic advisor, proactively providing actionable insights and recommendations that solve complex business challenges.
Drive business-impacting outcomes with a commitment to excellence and execution.
Cross-Agency Initiatives:
Lead and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to expand Dentsu's ABM/ABX offerings.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategies.
Serve as a central resource for innovative solutions that leverage the collective expertise of Dentsu's network.
Proposals and RFP Responses:
Lead the development of standout proposals and RFP responses for high-profile clients, showcasing expertise, innovation and best-in-class solutions.
Translate client needs into tailored solutions, demonstrating creative approaches to problem-solving.
Research and Thought Leadership:
Conduct research into industry trends, emerging opportunities, and the competitive landscape to inform groundbreaking strategies.
Create compelling thought leadership content to solidify Dentsu's position as a leader in B2B marketing.
Innovation and Strategy Development:
Identify and develop disruptive strategies that set our clients apart from their competition by pushing boundaries and identifying new opportunities.
Stay ahead of industry developments, translating trends and insights into actionable strategies that inspire teams and clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience in strategic marketing, or a related field, demonstrating progressive leadership and expertise.
Experience creating and implementing successful omni-channel B2B strategies.
Experience with B2B industries and ABM/ABX principles and best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with an agile mindset and hunger for learning.
Exceptional executive-level communication and story-telling skills.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence partners at all levels.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to speak confidently to multiple parts of marketing, including strategy, technology, media, CRM, and measurement, while using experts for detailed subject matter knowledge.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $136,000-$219,650. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
