CVSHealth is seeking a Physician, board certified in Family Medicine to join our National Virtual Primary Care Practice. This position provides care virtually to patients primarily located in the following time zones: Pacific Time, Mountain Time and Central Time. Qualified candidates must have an active license, in good standing, in at least one (1) of the listed states to be considered for the position. If selected, candidates must also be willing and able to obtain licenses in any state required for the position and to meet business need.

State Licensure:

• Active license as a Practicing Physician in good standing in at least one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama.
