What You Will Do:

• Connect with individuals and families virtually to assess their insurance requirements.
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment journey by offering knowledgeable guidance and support.
• Respond to client questions and resolve any issues or uncertainties they may encounter.
• Work alongside team members to facilitate a seamless and effective enrollment experience.
• Keep precise and comprehensive documentation of client communications and enrollment procedures.

Requirements:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• Proficient in working autonomously and effectively managing time
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous
• Skilled in utilizing computer systems and software
• Capable of adjusting to shifting priorities and thriving in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Must possess a Windows laptop or PC, internet connectivity, and a functional camera.
