We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in property management and finances to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

  • Log into financial accounts, post transfers and receivables to ensure accuracy, and cross-check transactions to avoid month-end backtracking.
  • Monitor and record payments for utilities, mortgages, gardening, recycling, and garbage services. Maintain a checklist of due and paid bills.
  • Manage inbound calls, texts, and emails from tenants. Respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests promptly.
  • Review all accounts for unpaid bills, follow up with service providers or vendors, and ensure all payable accounts are up-to-date.
  • In the first week of the month, review outstanding payments, send rent payment reminders to tenants, verify all payments, and process utility and mortgage payments in AppFolio.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Background in property management or real estate
  • Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills are preferred
  • Handling property listings and advertisement
  • Tracking and managing property-related expenses and income
  • Preparing financial reports, invoices, and budgets
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
