Virtual Assistant - Funding Manager

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise as a funding manager to join our client's team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including

    • Develop strategic plans for submitting credit applications, identifying optimal banks and lenders.
    • Assist clients via Zoom calls during application submissions, ensuring they understand the process and pivot strategies based on approvals or denials.
    • Navigate credit dynamics and provide expert guidance to achieve successful funding.
    • Own client fulfillment in a complex industry, handling distressed, reactive, or emotional clients professionally.
    • Communicate effectively with business bankers, fostering strong relationships to support client applications.
    • Manage end-to-end client credit application processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
    • Track all applications, approvals, and related data in Google Sheets.
    • Intuitively analyze credit products and make strategic decisions to maximize funding opportunities for clients.
    • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and guide clients toward alternative solutions when necessary.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and customer support skills.
  • Confidence to handle high-pressure situations and distressed clients calmly and assertively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and data management.
  • Financial literacy and familiarity with lending, credit stacking, or related fields.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, including lending, credit products, mortgages, real estate, or banking.
  • Background in accounting or as a CPA is a plus.

  • Starting salary for this position isbetween 4$ - 15$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
