North America Engineering Department

The North American Engineering team combines a broad set of subject areas to ensure that Vantage delivers a quality product to our North American customers. As a team, the NAE organization covers the entire engineering lifecycle, encompassing Solutions Engineering, Design & Engineering, Design Management, and Technology Solutions. As a team, NAE starts by guiding the customer through the sales process, engaging with both customer and Vantage SMEs to ensure that our solutions meet customer requirements. Our D&E and Design Management teams provide the inhouse expertise, ensuring that our solutions not only meet customer engineering requirements, but also ensure that we align our global design templates with local design constraints. In parallel, the entire team is responsible for providing field level feedback to the Vantage Innovation team to ensure that the Vantage product evolves to meet the customers’ evolving technical needs. Lastly, based on where we sit in the product lifecycle, the NAE team builds industry-level relationships. Our team is responsible for engaging with utility providers, network providers, brokers, industry analysts, and more, ensuring that Vantage is well-positioned to meet our company goals and well-positioned in the industry.

This role can be based in any of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA. i n alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).

The Vice President of Technology Solutions, NA will lead and coordinate all aspects of the Vantage North American approach to sophisticated systems, network, and software solutions that are integral to the overall success of both the NAE organization and Vantage, NA as a whole.
