Vice President, ServiceNow Practice (VP)
Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid, 2 days/week in office)
Responsibilities:
Drive the strategic vision and execution to mature the ServiceNow practice.
Develop strong relationships with the partner ecosystem, senior leaders, and clients.
Develop, support, and hire the next generation of ServiceNow leaders and practitioners.
Support pursuits and business development activities.
Develop delivery best practices.
Lead practice innovation pipeline, go-to-market strategy, and market visibility.
Foster a collaborative environment leveraging diverse technologies.
Required Experience:
10+ years in building a practice including talent development, go-to-market strategies, delivery excellence, and business development.
10+ years in selling and delivering technical projects, ideally ServiceNow implementations and the public sector.
5+ years of a proven track record with ServiceNow and their partner ecosystem.
5+ years of experience in managing through influencing large teams in client-facing meetings and complex concept facilitation.
Bachelor’s degree required with a preference in business, computer science / engineering, economic, and/or information management; Master’s preferred.
Must be a US Citizen as required per federal government contract requirements
Preferred Experience:
Strong financial acumen; P&L management responsibility for $50M+ annually.
Experience in consulting, integrating acquisitions, and building multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience in produce management
Relevant ServiceNow certifications.
Compensation:
A competitive executive-level package including base salary, performance-based bonus, equity, and executive-level benefits.
