The first step in the customer journey begins with our Sales Development team.

As VP of the Sales Development Organization you will play a critical role in driving high quality pipeline for both inbound and outbound channels. You will own the development of people, processes and technology needed to ensure that Sales Development Representatives spend most of their time having meaningful conversations with high quality prospects. This position offers an outstanding and exciting opportunity to craft the future of how ServiceTitan will generate sales pipeline.

What you’ll do:

  • Have complete ownership over shaping and driving Sales Development strategy and processes within your organization to impact short and long-term goals

  • Deeply understand organizational drivers and proactively highlight areas for improvement across multiple channels (inbound, outbound, events, etc.) and create solutions to address pain points.

  • Serve as a mentor for your Senior Managers and front-line managers and be a steward of the ServiceTitan organization.

  • Measure and hold accountable Sales Development Senior Managers and Manager performance

  • Proactively identify and institute creative methods for improving conversion rates and reducing Sales Cycle

  • Report to Sales, Marketing and General Manager leadership on operational and financial KPIs

  • You will work closely with our SVP, Worldwide Sales, Head of Marketing, and leaders across the GTM function to define, provide insights, and support execution of our pipeline creation motion

  • Develop and implement programs to help motivate, incentivize, and drive higher performance throughout your team

  • Collaborate with People Ops and Enablement to drive retention, maintain headcount, and onboard successful new Team Members

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other department leaders to raise organization efficiency and effectiveness

  • Meet and exceed your team's monthly sales goals

What you’ll bring:

  • 12+ years relevant experience, and at least 8+ YOE in GTM Operations leading sales managers/sales development teams for a technical product or SaaS company

  • Proven experience leading revenue program initiatives (e.g. Sales Development etc.) 

  • Proven ability to execute in a dynamic business environment: prioritization of deliverable and tasks, sound business judgment, influencing stakeholders, taking ownership leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
