Vice President, Recruitment Operations - Job Description:The Vice President (VP), Recruitment Operations is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for overseeing and innovating recruitment strategies and execution across multiple staffing verticals, including nursing (acute and post-acute), allied health, direct hire, interim leadership, and per diem staffing. The VP, Recruitment Operations will ensure operational excellence, lead business process optimization (BPO) initiatives, and foster collaboration across a highly matrixed organization. This role is critical in driving recruitment success, delivering exceptional service to clients, and maintaining the organization’s competitive edge in the healthcare staffing industry.
