About the Role

As the Vice President of People Shared Services and Talent, you will be a key member of our People Leadership Team, responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our people shared services and operations, talent management & development, and organizational learning initiatives. You will play a critical role in company transformation through leading strategies to enhance employee engagement, performance, and fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment where our 4,000+ Stitch Fix employees can thrive, grow and do their best work. This strategic, business-minded leader will propel the success of our People Shared Services, Growth & Development and People Analytics functions with a focus on the following areas:

  • Leading a team of 15+ bright, experienced Growth & Development, People Analytics and People Operations directors, managers and professionals 
  • Serve as an integral member of the People & Culture (P&C) Leadership Team, designing new P&C priorities that do not easily fit with one specific function, particularly projects that require external benchmarking, research, and data analysis
  • Championing strategies that enable efficiency and alignment cross functionally, ensuring seamless connection between ideation and execution  
  • Driving the overall effectiveness of P&C through proactive business processes and new initiative launches
  • Leading and developing the People Reporting and Analytics strategy for the company
  • Designing strategy to lead the organization’s learning, performance and development of all internal employees at Stitch Fix  
  • Create learning and talent mechanisms that enhance the employee experience

This leader will be based remotely in the US and will report directly into the Chief People Officer.

  • Bring deep thought leadership, tailored insights, and strategic perspective to help shape the strategy and priorities of the P&C function
  • Partner closely across the P&C team and broader company leadership to assess existing People programs, processes, and practices, identify gaps and opportunities for significant impact and improvement
  • Help design, incubate and launch targeted new people programs initiatives to enhance our employees’ experience, performance, growth, and impact
  • Continually assess the state of Stitch Fix’s talent across functions in order to design and implement G&D strategies related to onboarding, talent management, ongoing learning and development programs, and team/manager effectiveness - all grounded in a clear talent philosophy that centers equity.
