Vice President of Finance

Storable is seeking a high-performing VP of Finance with an exceptional track record of success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic finance partner seeking a high-profile finance role with broad ownership and autonomy to lead a finance organization that will scale as the company experiences its next phase of growth. This individual will lead a team of 12 analysts and work closely with leadership in providing strategic financial insight that will enable success and drive growth within the broader business.

Competencies and Experiences:

Finance Experience at a Private Equity-Backed SaaS Company

Experience as Senior Manager/Director or VP of Finance in a technology enabled business backed by private equity; experience in SaaS or marketplace strongly preferred
Experience in a fast-paced, double-digit growth environment, growing both organically and through acquisition
Experience with software revenue models, and solid understanding of software and services revenue recognition rules
A true appreciation for the pace, intensity, and premium placed on incisive analysis and strategic insight

Metrics-Driven Finance Leader

History of implementing or optimizing Finance processes, procedures, and infrastructure to enable scale and support growth
Experience developing regular and accurate forecasts to monitor financial progress against budget and assess EBITDA impact of incremental investments above budget levels
Experience leading financial and operational planning processes that enable sound investment decisions supported by financial models
History of identifying economic levers and key metrics of the business to track performance and drive strategic decision making
Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to help shape thinking around value drivers for the business and focus areas
Experience developing, tracking, and executing M&A synergy models
