Vice President of Client Success 

The Vice President of Client Success will be a key leader in our organization, responsible for building and guiding a high-performing Client Success team that ensures our clients are achieving their business objectives with Storable's products and services. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong track record of driving client retention and revenue growth for vertical SaaS organizations.

Location: Austin, TX, USA (Flexible/100% Remote)

What you’ll do every day:

  • Develop and implement a standardized client success playbook that enhances client satisfaction, mitigates churn, and creates upsell and cross-sell opportunities; drives net portfolio growth.
  • Lead and mentor a global client success team, fostering a culture of client-centricity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Drive a culture of value creation within Client Success - establish a value framework within the team that is leveraged to impact client outcomes and satisfaction 
  • Separate market signal from noise, serve as the organization’s ‘eyes and ears’ on the market, acting as the customer voice internally at Storable
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and execution of company strategies.
  • Establish key performance metrics and goals for the client success team that align with company objectives.
  • Regularly review client feedback and satisfaction to drive improvements in our products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with all clients, regardless of size, ensuring a total client focus. 
  • Represent Storable to the industry, traveling as needed to events and trade shows (up to 25%)

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a client-facing role, with leadership and success across multiple companies - you have good pattern recognition
