Position Description & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY:The Vice President of Investor Relations and Capital Markets will lead RP’s investor relations strategy, ensuring clear and effective communication of financial performance, growth initiatives, and market positioning to internal physician shareholders, institutional investors, and financial stakeholders. Working closely with the CEO and CFO, this role will oversee earnings reporting, financial disclosures, and capital markets activities while managing treasury functions, cash forecasting, and compliance. Additionally, they will analyze market trends, provide strategic insights to leadership, and enhance shareholder engagement through tailored communication strategies and investor events. Collaborating cross-functionally with finance, legal, and corporate communications, this position plays a critical role in strengthening RP’s investor engagement and long-term financial strategy.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement a strategic investor relations plan to communicate RP’s financial health, key initiatives, and market position to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal physician shareholders, institutional investors, analysts, and financial partners to enhance engagement and transparency.
  • Create and execute communication strategies tailored to internal shareholders to improve their understanding of equity structures and value.
  • Oversee earnings reports and financial disclosures, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication with investors and regulatory bodies.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor strategies, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage debt reporting and capital market activities, ensuring precise and timely updates on financing efforts.
  • Lead treasury functions, overseeing rolling cash forecasts and day-to-day cash management.
  • Organize and coordinate investor events, conferences, roadshows, and meetings to foster engagement and alignment.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, fundraising efforts, and strategic financial planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and corporate communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging and reporting. Promotes communication and cooperation among teammates to create a spirit of unity in the department.
  • Works closely with leadership and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to direct reports (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, investor relations, capital markets, or corporate finance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience explaining complex financial topics in a simple and easy to understand manner to investors, analysts, and executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute investor relations and financial communication strategies.
  • Strong understanding of debt structures, financial modeling, SEC reporting, and capital market transactions.
  • Experience managing equity reporting, shareholder relations, and financial disclosures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
COMPENSATION:The salary range for this position is $230,000-$270,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
