Job Summary:

The Vice President - Global HR Transformation Advisory leads a team of consultants cross the globe to deliver strategic, client-focused advisory services, designing and implementing HR transformation solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance business performance. This role is pivotal in managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth through expanded partnerships, and securing long-term contracts to foster sustained collaboration. Combining deep industry expertise with a focus on results, the VP contributes to the organization’s overall growth strategy by identifying business opportunities, ensuring successful project delivery, and building enduring client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory & Client Engagement:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients , delivering tailored HR transformation strategies to address their specific business challenges and strategic operational needs.

Lead large-scale HR transformation initiatives for clients, including workforce planning, organizational redesign, digital HR system implementation, and culture change.

Partner with client executives to develop strategies that drive talent optimization, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.

Leverage industry expertise and insights to provide actionable recommendations that align with clients’ long-term business objectives.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty, driving repeat and extended business engagements. Develop and execute strategies to transition from single-project engagements to sustained advisory partnerships by securing longer-term client contracts and deepening collaboration.

Lead client workshops, presentations, and strategy sessions, providing clear and actionable solutions.

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client engagements by offering additional advisory services, including upselling and cross-selling, to deepen partnerships and enhance client value.

Represent the organization as a thought leader at industry events, client forums, and speaking engagements.

Take ownership of revenue targets and actively contribute to achieving organizational growth objectives.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and deliver winning presentations.

Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and attract prospective clients.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Global HR and transformation consultants to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Ensure effective resource allocation, aligning team expertise with client needs to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Oversee the successful delivery of client engagements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and long-term strategic goals.

Operational Excellence & Project Oversight:

Drive the successful delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Develop and implement frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of advisory services.

Ensure all client engagements are delivered to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs.

Continuously monitor client project outcomes, using feedback to refine and improve service delivery.

Stay ahead of industry trends, providing clients with innovative solutions and insights into emerging best practices and technologies.

Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MA in HR) preferred.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in HR advisory, transformation, or consulting roles, with a proven track record of delivering results for external clients.

Experience of managing a large team of Advisors on a global scale.

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale HR transformation projects and building strong, enduring client relationships.

Knowledge:

Deep expertise in HR strategy, organizational design, talent management, change management, and digital HR systems.

Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities faced by clients in diverse industries on a global scale.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

159,800 CAD

Maximum :

253,500 CAD
