As our Vice President of Finance, you will report to our Chief Financial Officer and take the lead on finance reporting and operations, financing strategies and complex finance projects. This role will be responsible for partnering closely with executive leadership throughout the organization and working with the broader finance team to ensure positive financial outcomes.      

Responsibilities

  • You will oversee and lead annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic processes; administering and reviewing all financial plans and budgets. You will also monitor progress and changes to keep senior leadership up to date on the organization’s financial status. 
  • You will manage the monthly and annual close processes, ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner, and prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. You will also play a key role in the successful completion of Quorum’s annual audit process.
  • You will mentor staff, provide hands-on leadership to the accounting team; clarify accountability and expectations; set measurable objectives and goals for the accounting staff. 
  • You will ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • You will support the continued growth of the Company by identifying and initiating process improvements over financial processes/systems to maximize Company value.
  • You will align the goals of the business from a data and finance perspective while ensuring we hit critical KPIs.
  • You will work closely with executive management on strategic finance and financial accounting to help expand the growth of the Company and provide key insights that will drive success.

About You

  • You have a minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in a SaaS company ideally as a Director of Finance, Controller or VP of Finance.
