As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a dynamic, experienced Vice President, Business to Business (B2B) Go-to-Market (GTM) responsible for creating and cross functionally executing the Marketing plan for our B2B offerings.

Position Overview

The Vice President, B2B Go-to-Market will play a critical leadership role and be responsible for developing and executing a forward-looking marketing strategy, as well as a plan that drives revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand management within the B2B sector. This executive role requires a highly strategic, results-motivated leader with deep expertise in a matrixed GTM organization and specific success in B2B marketing, demand generation, and global Marketing. A proven track record of scaling marketing efforts, aligning with sales, and driving business outcomes is vital to being successful. The ideal candidate will possess the capacity to articulate and establish clear strategic goals, effectively drive cross functional execution, collaborate across departments, and drive accountability for Marketing business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Leadership
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy and plan that cascades from the Business Unit commercial plans with overall business goals and drives revenue growth
    • Be responsible for market positioning, segmentation, and targeting strategies to capture market share and expand into new verticals
    • Accountable for tracking and reporting Business Unit Marketing activity to the Business Unit
  • Demand Generation & Growth
    • Partner with the functional head of Demand Generation, develop Demand Generation strategy, plans and campaigns to drive global growth for both acquisition and retention
    • Oversee demand generation efforts, including lead generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and inbound/outbound marketing campaigns
    • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted, data-driven marketing strategies, campaigns and activities
    • Responsible for executing targeted marketing campaigns and ABM initiatives for key accounts and vertical markets
  • Sales Alignment & Collaboration
    • Partner closely with sales executives to ensure marketing strategies align with sales objectives and pipeline goals
    • Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, sales enablement, and product marketing to create cohesive and impactful messaging
