Summary

 

Gainwell Technologies is looking for an experienced Healthcare Analytics leader to help build and scale the centralized Data and Analytics (D+A) practice within the company. This is a new business function, working across dozens of account teams, client service lines, and product teams to drive innovation and growth through better use of data and analytics.

 

The VP, Analytics and Reporting will report to SVP and GM of Data and Analytics and will be a core part of the leadership team building and delivering analytic capabilities across the organization and with Gainwell clients. 

 

Your role in our mission

 

  • Build and lead core team of data scientists and data analysts supporting account and analytic product development teams.
  • Recruit, develop, and deploy data science talent.
  • Capability building in analytics and reporting through recruiting, staffing, and professional development practices.
  • Define and disseminate best practices in analytics and reporting, including methodologies, standards, tools and models.
  • Develop and drive use of standard code, logic, models, and visualizations.
  • Develop analytic products and capabilities in partnership with service lines and product and engineering teams.
  • Assess and manage analytic vendors and partners.
  • Help build and manage the growing D+A function, including associated administrative and operational activities (e.g., staffing, P+L management, pipeline management).
  • Support client development.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree; Masters or other advanced degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
  • 10+ years in Healthcare Analytics.
  • Experience building and managing data and analytics teams.
  • Proven track-record of building successful analytic solutions and capabilities.
  • Consulting or other professional services experience developing and delivering data / analytic services and solutions for healthcare clients.
  • Fluency and experience working with core statistical models and techniques, predictive analytics, ML and AI applications - preferably in a healthcare context.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and data systems.

The pay range for this position is $192,000.00 - $274,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
