Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Amazon Luxury Stores Associate to support our retail business by managing inquiries from our Amazon Partner Team and supporting escalated customer concerns. You will contribute to a culture where every customer interaction reflects Saks’ commitment to providing a top-tier luxury experience. You work well independently, but thrive on partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure you remain current on policies and processes. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our internal teams and Amazon, ensuring that all questions are answered promptly and accurately. Your ability to work cross-functionally, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):

  • Proven experience in customer service, with an emphasis on resolving complex escalated cases.

  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging interactions.

  • Ability to identify trends and see causes and consequences, identifying root causes.

  • Demonstrates an ability to be well-organized, efficient and self-disciplined; managing own time and work tasks efficiently and in priority order.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Effective in directing towards a solution or resource opposed to providing a simple answer

  • 2+ years of experience in a servicing role or a customer focused function in a high growth, fast-paced

  • environment

  • Ability to work 40 hours, including weekends/holidays

Preferred Qualifications (nice to haves):

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Specialty / luxury retail experience

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or Salesforce software

Role Description:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries from the Amazon Partner Team.

  • Quickly coordinate with internal retail teams to gather and provide accurate responses.

  • Maintain detailed records of inquiries and responses to improve efficiency.

  • Identify trends in questions and escalate recurring issues to management.

  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including merchandising, logistics, and customer experience, to streamline communication.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding inquiries to maintain strong relationships with Amazon partners.

  • Stay up to date with Amazon’s policies, processes, and luxury retail best practices.

  • Analyze customer friction points in order to provide feedback to internal partners

  • Ad Hoc duties assigned by the manager
