VBC Support Services Representative - Remote

JOB SUMMARY
To provide the senior and professional staff with administrative support which will include but not limited to some project management, record keeping and customer service support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
- Works the phone system to route calls
- Enters referrals as requested
- Performs various clerical duties such as sorting correspondence, filing, photocopying and scanning and indexing documents. Mail printing, tracking and distribution.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

- 0 - 3 years business office or related experience
- High school degree or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation and Benefit Information
Compensation
- Pay: $12.30 - $18.40 per hour. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Position may be eligible for a signing bonus for qualified new hires, subject to employment status.
- Conifer observed holidays receive time and a half.
