Maintains knowledge of payor contract guidelines and resolves inconsistencies in payor compliance with contract terms, conditions, and rates. Research insurance and patient credit balances/adjustments to ensure accuracy of transactions and appropriate distribution of funds due to patients or insurance companies. Prepares all applicable documentation for review and approval before checks are processed by accounting for return to patients and/or insurance companies.Position Specifics:
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
• Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WA, or WI.

Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
- 2 years of practice management or business office or other financial experience is required.

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $23.00A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
