 The Value-Based Programs Professional 2 supports successful value-based provider relationships in the Service Fund Department with a focus on improving the provider experience and achieving path-to-value goals through analysis and collaboration of provider contract loading and maintenance.

The Value-Based Programs Professional 2 supports our Market Contracting and Market Finance partners in multiple markets ensuring provider contracts are loaded in Service Fund accurately and timely for membership paneling and provider payments.

• Focuses on value-based strategies related to the administration of value based contracts
• Supports the markets in all value-based contract administration strategies and supports implementation of those strategies through regular engagement and analytical support
• Facilitates the loading of Provider Contracts through collaboration with our Service Fund Operational teams and our Market Partners and based upon contractual stipulations
• Ensures the accuracy of provider payment, membership paneling and allows us to identify broader synergies with our partners
• Uses Excel to analyze, research and load Provider contracts

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with data analysis
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (ex. pivot tables, vlookups, basic formatting, etc)
• Proven experience in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a professional environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience within the Humana Service Fund Department
• Provider installation experience
• SQL knowledge and experience in writing SQL queries
• Experience in the healthcare industry
