Senior Analyst- Value Advisory

Why We Have This Role

  • Value Advisors support our sales teams by engaging in strategic opportunities to understand and quantify the value of XM for their customers. 
  • This team dives deep on key deals and strategic accounts to positively influence time to close, average deal size and overall win percentage.
  • This role works across a wide range of verticals and industries, offering ample growth opportunities to explore how key trends and metrics apply across various businesses.

Things You’ll Do

  • Create company-specific point of view documents and business cases on the XM opportunity and its potential financial impact (consists of in-depth company research, financial analysis, industry research, and XM benefit analysis)
  • Collaborate with other value advisors, sales leaders, and industry leaders on the XM strategy for key accounts
  • Support creation of standardized content to be used by sales representatives and value advisors as part of investment justification exercises 

How You'll Grow

  • Working closely with all functions across the pre-sales and GTM organizations you will have a birds-eye view of how deals are formed, what matters most to clients and how our software strategically enables clients to meet their business goals.
