Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position to be based as Hybrid.

Valuation Consultant

What can you expect?

• Development of technical valuation skills and how to estimate the cost to rebuild commercial buildings and replace various type of technical equipment used by businesses.

• Exposure to many types of industries and client-facing valuation situations.

• On-the-job and third-party training support to develop valuation and cost estimating skills with commercial, hospitality, and large residential type buildings, as well as with complex industrial buildings with technical equipment. 

• Ability to grow into client-facing business development opportunities.

We will count on you to:

• Interact with client both virtually and on-site to gather technical information.

• Perform research to investigate the buildings and equipment being valued.

• Run various costing models and analyze the data gathered.

• Assist with the drafting of reports that communicates results to clients.

• Assist with developing new opportunities with prospective clients.

What you need to have: 

• The ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Be inquisitive and able to perform technical research.

• Must be able to travel regularly within the U.S. and abroad.

• Must have effective communication skills and have a high level of confidence working with Excel and Word

What makes you stand out?
