WHAT YOU WILL DO

onX is seeking a UX Researcher passionate about uncovering user insights through qualitative user research. You will focus on leading, partnering, and consulting with product teams to influence and inform user-centric design and product decisions. You will be a part of our Product Design & UX Research team that will influence teams to make customer-centric decisions across the product development lifecycle. This includes discovery research to understand customer needs and problems and continuous evaluative research that informs future iterations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company focused on impacting the business. This role will utilize a broad range of generative and evaluative user research techniques to develop a deeper understanding of our customers, turning research findings into actionable insights in partnership with product teams and leaders across our organization at onX and reports to the Sr. Director of Product Design.

As an onX UX Researcher, your essential job duties and responsibilities will look like: 

• Lead user research that enables teams to better understand our users through evaluative, behavioral, competitive and benchmarking studies.
• Design and execute end-to-end primary research using a wide variety of methods.
