UX Researcher II - Remote, US
The User Experience Researcher II is responsible for leading projects and ensuring they adhere to agreed-upon timelines, guiding and supporting junior roles, and building client relationships. Below is a list of primary responsibilities for this position. Additional duties may include those that typically fall under the roles of UX Associate, UX Researcher, or on an as-needed basis. The employee must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance to KLI. Those areas are outlined below.
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
May be required to occasionally work irregular hours, nights, and weekends as required by project needs.
General Accountabilities:
Project Related (85%+):
As a User Experience Researcher, you are expected to:
Lead projects and manage your team’s time and resources
Guide and support junior roles
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Create/Co-Create Case Studies after each project
Exercise discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance to KLI, including but not limited to:
Identifying and selecting 3rd party vendors
Identifying and selecting participants
Creating drafts of study materials
