As part of our multidisciplinary UX team, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting cloud-based software solutions that are revolutionizing the insurance industry. Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic thinking and direction for UX design and system design across the analytics portfolio, ensuring a cohesive user experience across business applications

  • Contribute to product and engineering leadership discussions and promote good UX within the organization.

  • Plan, conduct, and analyze user research, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, incorporating quantitative, competitive, and market data.

  • Balance user research, technical, and business requirements to solve complex design problems.

  • Build relationships with key business partners, in product and engineering and set design principles and direction across the solution portfolio  based upon their inputs.

  • Maintain an advanced understanding of industry value drivers and design trends in analytics and AI.

  • Communicate effectively and influence the business strategy through visionary storytelling and design concepts.

  • Contribute to UX team operation practices,  the design system and guide others in mentoring and coaching best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and influence across a product organization.

  • Strong background in UX design direction, planning  and systems thinking.

  • Proficient in framing, conducting, and analyzing research.

  • Ability to build relationships with key business partners.

  • Understanding of industry standards and analytics trends.

  • Skilled at visionary storytelling and aligning efforts with company initiatives.

  • Ability to teach others mentoring and coaching best practices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $322,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
