Job Description SummaryAs User Interface and Experience Designer, Homecare, you will lead digital graphic design, user experience, and user interface strategy and execution for Home Care’s direct-to-consumer team. The individual in this role must have the ability to create compelling, high-quality, user-friendly graphic design that drives positive business outcomes, using modern design programs such as Figma.
The individual in this role must have mid-senior level experience in digital graphic design, ideally for performance marketing-based companies. This role will require frequent collaboration with business owners, IT, and cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of the Home Care product portfolio and digital sales channels. Primary responsibilities include e-commerce website design, banner design, email design, user flows (Figma, Vizio, or similar), wireframing, and A/B testing. Candidates must include a link in their resume showcasing their portfolios.

BD Home Care Business:

The Home Care business within BD is unique in that it can manufacture products for consumers in the home and service them through our medical distribution subsidiary, Liberator Medical. This business unit engages with a variety of stakeholders that range from B2B2C and leverages omni-channels to drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention of our customers. The mission of the Home Care business is to deliver clinically superior solutions for people with chronic bladder conditions in their pursuit of normality and independence. Solutions include both products and services to support customers through their entire journey.      

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work within the BD Home Care direct-to-consumer team to deliver best-in-class digital creative experiences

  • Lead digital commerce user interface strategy and execution, developing and preparing assets for handoff to IT delivery team

  • Translate business requirements and creative briefs into compelling, performance-oriented designs that help improve business KPI
